Gained knowledge how easily meals could be made more nutritious for residents in our care homes, the different stages of pureed meals and how to present pureed meals to be more appetising, I feel more confident to challenge chefs about appropriate menus and to increase nutritional value in meals

Following my very poor score of a 3 for scores on the doors 18 months ago I had an inspection last week and got a 5!! yeah. Was far more confident after having attended level 3 food safety. Myself and my colleague will definitely be attending refresher for level 3 as my colleague also got a 5 in her recent inspection. Thank you Cath for your ongoing support and it is nice to know that you are always at the end of the phone for advice.

I had an excellent time on this course - everything from the fellow students through to the trainers confidence inspiring and friendly style and range of activities meant that I came away feeling as though I\'d had an enjoyable time and feeling certain that I had learnt masses.
